Who does not adore them? ![]() Line a backing dish. Parboil them and cut them into slices. Fry up some bacon and onions and line the pan with good olive oil. Season. All in the line up, like lasagne. Betchamel sauce, potatoes, onion mix. Plenty of cheese. Grated fresh Parmesan between each layer along with a small amount of cheddar. Pour mix of two eggs and milk over these and a sprinkle of breadcrumbs miked with crushed almonds. The green is pesto. Enjoy. ![]() |
