In contrast to the Huffington's post's negative and distorted views the other day on LBGT in Thailand, I'd add a 4th reason to the quote below. That would be acceptance or at the very least tolerance by Thai society. It's no coincidence that Thailand visibly has a larger proportion of transgenders than other countries while at the same time being a tolerant country.
