There is a thread which tells you how to export these support.proboards.com/thread/561074/save-backup-posts-pmsIf you click on the purple words "accounts settings" in that solution it should take you to your account settings within Proboards. If not post them a query on their support board for help :BB

Can I save a backup of my Posts and PM's from a forum?
If you want to save a local backup of posts that you have made on a forum, as well as your PM's, visit your account settings page. Once there, look for the Export Member Data option on the page and then click the Export link. Next use the provided drop-down menus to select the forum that your account is on, as well as which forum account that you want the backup data for. After you have made your selections, click the "Submit" button and the system will begin to export your data specific to the forum account you chose. You'll then receive an email when your download is ready.
