Oh well, That's my brand new shop written off by the insurance assessor. A complete gut out and re do only three months after it opened due to a flood. Bad news that. On the bright side, we have business interruption insurance and we are in peak season - so we'll get a profit compensation cheque without having to do the actual work. Excellent. I love falling in the river and coming out with a pocket full of fish.  |
