I always found it amusing Michelin make tyres and rate food quality standards.
Anyway, I'll eat street food if I see plenty of others going there. Best kebab I've ever had was street food. It was the creamy garlic sauce that made it delicious. Also if village soup kitchens count as street food I eat in those places often and some are excellent.

I like the Kebab guy that shows up at about 6 in the evening and parks his motorcycle outside the Wonderful Beer Bar 2 on Second Rd Pattaya, 60 baht, what a bargain, yes I shall be indulging next week.
I like the luk chin guy that goes by my local watering hole in the evening, 15 baht.
The best p**s ups are the ones that are spontaneous, he rocked up one night with his motorcyle, got on the p**s with the locals, customers had to cook their own, they thought this was great, just like a BBQ, guy got shitfaced, parked his motorcycle up, and spent the night sleeping it off in the back of one of the guys pick up trucks. What a night.
