Had a bad Thai day. Have to extend my visa next week. Taking bloody photographs of the "happy" Farang suppoted family at home. Hell, how low can you get? Twenty years, twelve in "our" not mine house. OK , Pikies deserve it. I think not. It hurts me to have to crawl, something I am not renown for. I have no rights here, a nigger! No not a racist slur, a valid point and one any black man should understand. Bombs go off in Mali, Lebanon , Nigeria, but killed non Westerners. In Thailand I sort of get it, and PLEASE no, that is not the slightest support for terroism. When you are treated as a second, third , non citizen, then there is bitterness. Immigration today, crawling.
There obviously has been a few removals of said officers.
Many years ago I resigned my legitimate employment and thus loss of business visa.
Went to Penang for a holiday and left all renewal of visa to my lawyer there.
Came back to Thailand, with my wife , by train entering at Padangbassar; new Immigration staff checked if there was an entry listed on my MU certificate. Non. What a surprise!
She was helpful and said it was no problem, a long time ago.
If you follow the news no doubt be aware that Pedangbassar staff have all been given inactive posts.

You have to treat this as a game, a means to and end, nothing more, dont think too much.
Make sure to get plenty of pointing photos included in your package.
Open wardrobe doors, stand pointing, get your mrs to join in the fun, she can have her own pointing photos.
Stand either side of the bed, both pointing at the same time.
Best one is, stood outside the door number plate, make sure to give it some extra pointing.
Extra bonus points if you can persuade the Thai friend taking these photos for you to stop shaking her head in disbelief.

Got caught out a couple of years ago, unbeknown to me, the number of our house had officially changed. Had to get a new plaque , with a photograph of it. Fun for some. |

I had to write our address twenty ? times today. They do not know it? Well if not then no surprise the borders are open to terrorists.
But crawl you must and not point out this gaping hole.
Of course they know our address, 90 days reporting for twenty years! It is all a facade of putting the nigger in his place.

And for those who might say, why did I not fly back to Bangkok from Penang ;like many another I truly enjoy rail travel, seeing the environment, the landscape as you pass very slowly through. Not only that, the people, fellow passengers. Loved it.
