Probably the most fussy immigration control department in the world is NZ.
Rightly so though, small place lots of immigrants try taking stuff there.
Seen it all on some TV program, its always asians with the food parcels, all sorts of unsightly stuff wrapped up, natives try to smuggle weapons or pseudo ephedrine for the manufacture of "P" (meth).
It's a shame UK borders aren't as tight.

Lots of Thai and Laos end up in NZ then find their way over the ditch to Aus. Why on earth you'd bother smuggling raw meat though is beyond me?...save a few baht i suppose but plenty of quality meat already there. Asians are easy pickings at our immigration check points.

It#s not just any old meat. it's 'special meat'.
By the looks on their faces when it gets confiscated, you'd think it was the end of the world.
