Most of you probably know Thais have this fluorescent thing and my house came equipped with 20 fluorescent lights which hum and only work intermittently. I finally had enough and replaced them with
LED lighting (much easier than I thought - no screwing they have magnetic mounting studs) the ones I didn't replace with LED's i gave them electronic ballasts. My smart phone has a light meter and the new ones are twice the brightness and silent nor do they require starters. Flip the switch and instant light.
