New message or thread is slow and not visible, its not inline with recent activity.
Notification message shows post but going back to main board is not refreshing new content!

Its sure a software issues as notifications aren't clearing, board is fast but the cache seems slow mate, just check it

Here's a suggestion to try out.........
Members using the back button in their browser to go back the page will most likely reload from a cookie stored in their browser on their PC and not a fresh page, most browsers have an option to refresh every time it loads the page...... this is something each member has to set in the browser on their PC. If they use a link button to go back it should load a fresh updated page every time.
