I've noticed there are many one man band food services in BKK. Has anyone ever tried them? They seem to specialise in frozen meals and don't have a shop front or even an address only a mobile number. I wonder how hygienic they are because they are completely unregulated. Is the food cooked in some filthy apartment somewhere? An acquaintance did order some food to try and he was met at a Skytrain station by a big fat sweaty falung with a carrier bag with the food. He said sorry mate you've got the wrong guy and left. Share your experience.

I'd no idea such things existed.
What kind of stuff do they offer?

I'm just craving for a solid lasange door to door. (I'm away from the Skytrain as my understanding is that Bangkok extends well beyond the thaivisa hole that squaleur offers)

Hopefully a patron of one of these businesses will be around shortly to provide us with a well informed opinion.

We can but presume that the independent food operators will be seen as the ideal hot investment opportunity with a guaranteed minimum 300% per day return on your initial investment especially if one is serving Polish style fare too.
Stand by for a well polished hot off of the cooker press release concerning this unique new one off investment opportunity.
Ed visa no problem as training will be provided for participants in this venture

How much are you willing to pay for this dish?
I can make it with organic beef....fresh basil....pancetta....real tomatoes skinned and simmered down...plenty a glug of the finest vino....touch of gruyere in the roux....and imported fresh buffalo mozzarella if ya like?
Should that tickle your belly I will ask my accountant/gf to tot up the figures.

There's a small German restaurant in Pattanakan 51 or 53 that sells pizzas at 650 Baht....I didn't check the price of their lasagne but I'm sure its reassuringly costly.
They will deliver for you if you are interested?
