Kilpatrick definitely, peeling big rock oysters in Sydney and indulging another. Mercury levels put many off in HK/mainland China. A fave of mine is crushed garlic, chili and barbecued.

I remember reading in the post back in the 90's about the pollution coming off the submersible docks at Yam O. The red lead paint used created a gender crisis amongst the bivalvia causing the females to grow willies. Honest it's true.
