Aye well, it's my own fault. I should have known not to go to the last pub, a place that I dislike anyway - and get the final drink. I was just being considerate to my lady who wanted to call family in Scotland. There was no need for me to earie-wig her family convo. So I wander in the bar and there he is - gangster numero uno, wearing the wife beater, mao mak mak. Up to him - he was annoying others, not me. To cut a long story short he decided to target me and threatened my good self and family. A few times - donno why. So I got fed up and decked him - Note to all wannabe gangsters out there - if you're gonna start threatening people, don't pick on the massive Glasgwegian. Just sayin'  |

This guys performance was astounding - he'd had a go at a few other folk and I was muttering to one of my pals as to the lack of action by the bar staff. Ridiculous, scandalous, just appalling behaviour - and while I am ordinarily the saintly type, as you know - I just heard one threat against my family to many then the red mist came down. Boxing Day indeed. |

I hope there was a cheer! Oh aye, universal delight from the foreign contingent in the bar - less so from the Thais. They shut the bar right away - their financial loss. I will add that the bar staff apologized to me, as did the guys girlfriend. Anyone with eyes could see it coming, and could see that he was due it. Up to him. Stupid bast*d. |

I left my lady in the suite so that she could call her family in private. On the way down the elevator the ugliest katoey I have ever seen joined me. "Where you go? I want to go with you," said It from the Pit. It was an offer I could easily refuse - the problem was that when I emerged into reception there were two police standing with receptionist, with a look of great disgust when they saw my new "companion," walking with me. There was no point protesting - it will be forever seared in their mind that pom pui farang likes ugly katoey. I just hope no one has retained the cctv footage.  |
