Here's a miserable one. The British and their stooopid bloody house prices and all that amateur BTL crap where all these highly over leveraged types have taken all the houses off the market for families who need a secure and stable home. Years ago you couldn't buy a house with a mortgage to rent it, it was called sub-letting I believe and was outlawed.
