Oh, you may notice the recipe book on the box? Forget those recipes. Its for things like devilled ham and macaroni cheese.
I'm after smoothie type drinks of fruit and veg.

There is a whole science of people who believe in juicing as part of their nutrition/weight loss etc. It's in vogue with many. Whole diets are based around receiving all nutrients one need from a juice.
Where's the MangoTopics, do your work and find some data thanks.
hippity when I plug in my unfound cable in I'll do pics. For me it's fun with the boys as they insert various combinations of fruits and vegetables in and end up basically having fun. Cleaning is ok but you need to keep it spotless. I prefer my coffee percolator.
Nice combinations I found were carrot/celery/apple.
Beetroot.

You will need to research recipes, serious juicers to my knowledge don't add water. Try Evian ( spell it backwards ). The thing is to get it to a drinkable consistency so yes, I add water, or more fun some soda/tonic water or it's one big mess hard to gulp down.
Combinations of different things to one's taste. What are you doing or have tried so far?

What are you doing or have tried so far? I did celery, tomato and cucumber. Terrible, like cold lumpy soup. Then I tried watermelon and Apple. Nice but some more water to make it more like a drinkable juice consistency.

1-2 Teaspoons of coffee
about 5 icecubes
nice big dollop of vanilla icecream
few teaspoons of sugar
you could add in some Kahlua and a splash of vodka too
alternatively if your feeling adventurous add in a healthy slosh of grand marnier and a few pieces of terry chocolate orange

Toss it in the bin or throw it out the window, no good will come of it.

Carrot, apple and a good sized piece of fresh ginger.

I prefer a blender for juices, less mucking around. The juicer is used to grind nuts.

After using it a few times now, I'd say it's just an overpriced blender. It comes with a blender attachment and that's the best bit because the cup attachments are too small.
I paid $100 so compared to some of the others on the market I got off a bit lighter.
Oh well, needed a new blender anyway.

Just remember, you can't get all your nutrients from a juice. It would be of more benefit to people with broken jaws who have to suck up through a straw. Weight loss sounds like a fad. The replacing meals with a juice well ah nah.

The replacing meals with a juice well ah nah. Mate of mine did. Only solid meal was a chicken salad at night. Lost a shiteload of weight and said it's the healthiest he's ever felt. He looks really healthy btw, was fat before. He got rid of red meat altogether and now only eats chicken or fish. In truth it probably would be the same to just eat salads and fruit, but have you ever had a shot of wheatgrass?
