great idea but you need plastic to make it and you have to run a pump all the time as it is like a big pool cleaner.
Like this idea though

I stand corrected. It looked like they were just submerging a bucket. Had me guessing for a while when I saw the video as I could not figure out how the water kept below sea level. Had to look at google to find out. Nice idea....but just a pool skimmer really.
