It's that time of year again when we lie to ourselves that we will change next year.

So this years lie for me is to exercise every day except a Sunday.

It was going to be to stop annoying people on the Internet but that just ain't going to happen - that's not a lie, that would be a black delusion.

So, what's your resolution for 2016?
