Parliament debates in Great Britain are often lively, and this one may be especially so: Whether or not to ban Donald Trump from the United Kingdom over his comments about Muslims. A House of Commons committee in London announced Tuesday that the members will debate the Trump issue on Jan. 18, in response to a petition calling for a ban on the Republican presidential candidate over his proposal to suspend the entry of Muslims into the United States. More than 500,000 people signed the ban petition; more than 40,000 others signed a separate petition declaring that the New York businessman should be allowed to visit the country. Sorry, not having that, The Don rawks big time in my book, and according to my American friends he is only saying what the silent majority can no longer say because of PC BS. Over on another forum I mentioned friends who live in Texas or St Georgia who live with this every day, the sort of stuff the BBC, Sky etc wont show. Since shifting to Al Jazeera or Rusia Today I feel better informed. The Don is THE MAN, not an insider and certainly way better than Queen Nancy or Harry Reid, nice to see that prick Jeb Bush (effin apologist that he is) taking a hammering. The Don, The Mad Monk of American politics, he will stop the boats. If he cant get elected in USA he is more than welcome to move to Pommy Land, we UKIP supporters will get him voted in.

Yes, I get that and I encourage speaking one's mind without fear and favour ... and like your goodself, have a dislike of the PC BS we have to comply with. 'Stopping the boats' ... echos of the ex-Australian PM? Personally, I believe the UK has been far to soft with it's boarders, but I've not lived there for more then 20 years, apparently, it's changed a heck of a lot. Some say, none for the better. Back to the thrust of your comment. I'm a fan of Barak Obamha, he's a statesman, a proper world leader, tact, decorum, visionary (even if he can't implement a lot of that vision), I have reservations that Donald Trump could stand in his shadow, let alone fill his boats. He might be OK for domestic politics (good for the USA), but on the world stage? I reckon Australia got it about right. Tony Abbott came in, did the unpopular but necessary stuff, his time had come and he's gone and now a visionary is in charge there. Maybe Trump would be a good one term president ... action the unpopular stuff the majority of US Citizens want, then get replaced with someone with some vision. As the old saying goes, be careful what you wish for.

As the old saying goes, be careful what you wish for. Trump can't get elected if Hillary runs. America is racist and sexist. 95% of blacks and Latinos voted for Obama. White guys voted about the same as they always do for Republicans and Democrats. 95% of women will vote for Hillary as opposed to the normal Republican and Democratic split because they want a woman President and would even vote for the Wicked Witch of the West.

Got to admit though if Trump gets elected we would have some entertaining political debates worth watching...the guy is a fruit loop, but at least he says what he thinks
The British parliment will never ban him, imagine if they did and he became President...
