The Countdown Party was a bust, but we spent all day drining on the first - so that was fine. I went back to CM on Saturday then returned for a wedding on the fourth - here's some photos of said days. Great stuff and amazing photos as well. However, lets cut to the chase here, how much sin sot? If they have been living together a long time as a couple in the Village and already have a child, there may not be any SinSot. |

I think you'll find that he is in fact a tourists who is exploited by the authorities both financially and socially like many others who visit these stage managed events to display a local loving and care giving scene so as to mask the truth concerning these much discriminated, exploited and in many cases stateless peoples, the Karen..
Now I will later post a link to our oldest boys ordination into his short term Monk hood, this was and is a ''family affair'' which took place over the last week. True tradition and not a tourist trap.

I was a guest of my Muay Thai trainer who's niece was getting married. Not another farang spotted in the village that day - I don't remember seeing one in the three days I was there. |
