This is interesting. Fat shaming. Exact same words a poster from somewhere else used. An irate mother has slammed McDonald’s staff for ‘fat-shaming’ her teenage daughter, claiming they openly laughed at the girl for ordering six cheeseburgers.

Wonder if the OCD will add the word next time round. Still, if I was the manager of that McDonald joint I would point out to my staff that customers who order six cheese burgers for themselves are to be treasured

McDonalds Will Stop Serving Overweight Customers In 2016Then there is this: www.celebtricity.com/mcdonalds-will-stop-serving-overweight-customers-in-2015/Obesity in America has more than doubled over the last 20 years and has become the leading public health issue in the U.S. with more than 2/3 of the adult population overweight, McDonald’s has decided to become part of the solution – not the problem.
According to reports, beginning March 9, 2016, McDonald’s will no longer serve customers with a weight capacity over 180 lbs for women and 230 lbs for men. Children’s weight restrictions will vary depending on age and height.
McDonald’s is currently running campaigns to shake its “junk food” image, insisting they sell nothing but good quality food. They are are branding themselves from “A dining experience of fast food” to “Good food served fast.” So how will they know what you weigh? Will they ask you and trust your answer? They will have scales at every register to weigh all customers. You must stand on them when ordering or you will not be served. They also plan on posting signs to let customers know that they have the legal “Right to refuse service to anyone.” For drive-thru patrons it may be a bit more difficult to enforce. However, if the person looks like they exceed the weight restrictions, they will be refused service at the drive-thru window. My take is they will be whacked with lawsuits for discrimination. Then again, Australian bars/clubs/restaurants have laws about not serving intoxicated customers.
