Well - that's kinda cheating cos I'm not including the cost of my suite in that daily figure - or motorbike. Just say that's a combined 25,000 a month.
I just realised that I've spent less than 500 baht since Sunday - only buying breakfast and late lunch/dinner - working out at the headline 140 a day. Cheap Cheap.
On the downside, Smokie is coming tomorrow and he has rich tastes so said daily budget will be dead in the water. Good while it lasted.

You're lucky you missed the Macallan Whisky Bar Luke...but with theblether being 103 years old the Happy hour would end with them owing him $7477 by my calculation.

MacaAllan is a whisky I enjoy and I agree with Tony that Jameson's is the best of the Irish.

MacaAllan is a whisky I enjoy and I agree with Tony that Jameson's is the best of the Irish. Having a wee Glenlivet 12 ,but the daft lad has plonked ice into the glass , but not bad at all , sweety highland toffee . |

MacaAllan is a whisky I enjoy and I agree with Tony that Jameson's is the best of the Irish. Having a wee Glenlivet 12 ,but the daft lad has plonked ice into the glass , but not bad at all , sweety highland toffee . Fire a wee bit of dark chocolate in yer gub and salivate - wonderful. |

MacaAllan is a whisky I enjoy and I agree with Tony that Jameson's is the best of the Irish. Partial to a Bushmills myself, that bloody Jameson is dangerous stuff, it goes down to smoothly, had to stop drinking it. Mcallan, nice drop. |

Although Jameson's does it for me I do occasionally enjoy a splash of Scotch.
Macallan is a nice Single Malt but not too keen on JW Blue Label.
I occasionally get a liter of Blue Label as a corporate gift.
It's great to have in the house (for visitors) but I would never buy the stuff.
It is very overrated and over priced, personally I would prefer to drink Black Label over Blue Label.
