Last night my partner told me not to read any stories about rape appearing in the media over the next day or so. The details were too shocking. To be honest, I expected to see a story in the main stream media this morning. I didn't. Good that they are withholding the female victims name - that's not always been the case.

From what I understand, the victim is in hospital, and some of these scum showed up there looking for her.

Transfer them to the adult court and if found guilty execute the lot of them.
Send out a proper message to their kind.

Watched the Ch 3 news at 5 tonight, some villagers were interviewed, its very rare to hear the sort of language these people were using, they were effin p**sed, baying for blood, the hang em high brigade, the pronouns used were derogatory.
But almost to a (wo)man, they were saying, these aint children, treat them like adults and try them as such.
From what I could make out, the most they can expect is 15 years in jail, someone with better Thai than me can maybe confirm, I always stuggle to understand Southern Thai speakers.
