For me,

Banana Foster
Duck Cassoulet
Mussels in a garlic white wine reduction 
Frittata - hide the Thai sauces though
Mixed grill with liver, sausage, pork not so much beef
Jiggs supper aka boiled supper with salt beef and root vegetables 
Cooked and chilled prawns with seafood sauce (ketchup and horseradish)
