I met the a guy last night who told me this story - I told him to read this forum as there are several people of a like mind to me on ths subject. He's a good and decent man - and that's what the problem is, so here goes.
1. Goes to Siem Reap - meets a lady, who tells him that she has a Downs Syndrome baby who lives in the country with the grandmother.
2. She only earns $120 a month.
3. Her husband is a tuk tuk driver. How much he earns, I don't know.
3. Our guy volunteers to help her financially, $150 a month.
4. Lady suggests she could be doing with a house in Siem Reap, $12,000.
5. Okay, then - says our man.

Now, you can imagine what I said - would any of you like to chime in?
