The only problem with this scenario is that you have more chance of winning the lottery than speaking to an Australian. Majority of call centres are located in India or the Philippines. Easier to understand what is written above than speak to someone half way around the world who has nfi what I am talking about.

These people are wasting their time with Helplines. What they should do is travel to Thailand for a "therapeutic" massage. After an hour and for only 800 "bath" all their problems will be forgotten !
