Cabbage farm? Is that like a finishing school for politicians? If so, should be some good money in it in Thailand once the tea money starts rolling in. Not the most honest way to make a living though, really.

Sauerkraut is delish, what's the angle twatty? Why cabbages as opposed to say lettuce? I like the roundness of cabbages.Tightly rolled. Heavy Lettuce are loose and shabby.Light I can get more kilograms of cabbage on the farm truck. Do Thai people eat Sauerkraut

Cabbages prefer cool weather so how a cabbage farm in Thailand will be a success is questionable.

While I suspect this is a troll post just for fun post, the money is in making the sauerkraut, not in raising cabbages. The beer company makes a lot more than the hops grower and the potato chip company makes a lot more than the potato farmer. There's simply a lot more value added into the finished product for the manufacturer who isn't limited by how many rai he has. He also isn't subject to insects and disease and weather.
