He is not afraid of armed Police and attacks them,an officer accidentally shoots his colleague during the chaos,the Lunatic takes a bullet in the leg and it still doesn't stop him trying to get on his scooter !

I'm surprised at the restraint the officers showed,no reports of any deaths.
