Having discovered the delights of no-knead bread, I've worked my way through white, rye and wholemeal loaves as well as pizzas.  I'd now like to make a multigrain loaves, but can't find multigrain flour anywhere (apart from Schmidt Co., which sells it in impossibly large minimum quantities).  Anyone know where I can find it in Bangkok? None of the usual suspects (TOPS, Villa, Gourmet Market) seems to have it.
