I don't see many meats being disposed off in Thailand.
Where does the unsold meat and chicken from food sellers end up?
How about all those sausage/hotdog sausage sellers on motorcycles with sidecart?
One guy I would see every night around midnight, hanging outside 711. he always looked depressed and his display case was full of some of the dodgiest and manky looking hotdog sausages I have seen. No way he sold out of those every night

Now that is indeed one of Thailand's black holes, alas the best of Thailand's and indeed the worlds scientific community are still exploring the deepest reaches of the Bangkok food vendors galaxy in order to find a clue or a possible answer to that conundrum. Goodness only knows what that food form was before it was recycled

unfortunately dog meat needs a "special treatment" before it becomes edible...don't wanna elaborate about this

Peking Duck or Peking Mutt?

If you have a foodstall you will never go hungry. Eat free for life. There are better business models though.

My brother in law sells meat at the Market. He leaves home at 2 am. A good day returns at 7.30 a normal one 8.30 and a bad one 10.00. Not much left when he gets home.
