Is it worth a go? Depends What have you got running in anti this-and-that already? What more do you want clogging up your PC? How bad are your 'clicking' habits? Try it, see what it comes up with, remove it again. "Bitdefender’s newest tool covers even more versions of ransomware than before, but it is not an absolute remedy or outright prevention tool, either. Ransomware has been twisting into new shapes in recent times, including a strain that targets WordPress sites rather than actual computers. This means this new anti-ransomware vaccine shouldn’t be considered a long-term solution as more advanced threats may emerge sooner rather than later. Followed your advice ran it all is clean.Told me that my Zone Alarm was causing it problems ( false indication of trojan, spyware etc.) but apart from that no problems at all.
Clicking habits are not bad, nothing dodgy any ap , programme downloaded always checked out first and then downloaded into sandie box.
I've been a user of Zone Alarm for some 10 years and to date let hasn't let me down. It's on all the machines and I dread to think where my boys go to play in the cyber park at time on their machines.
Sneaky though, I sometimes go to look at where they are and what they are up to courtesy of '' Team Viewer'' which is hidden away on their machines.
So thanks for the good advice greatly appreciated.
