How to Make a Cheese Omelette
A cheezy omelette goes delicious with bread.
Ingredients
Eggs 2
Milk/water 2 tbsp
Salt and black pepper for seasoning
Butter 1 tbsp
Cheese ¼ cup (grated)
Green coriander or parsley for garnish
Instructions
Whisk together egg, milk, salt and black pepper. (Add a little salt because cheese also have salt in it)
Melt butter in frying pan and pour egg batter in pan. Gently stir continuously until egg begin to set.
When the egg is almost set add the cheese into the middle of the omelette, in a line then gently fold it up in three rolls.
Slide the omelette onto a serving plate, garnish with green coriander or parsley. Serve it immediately with toasted bread.

My favorite breakfast at the moment is cheesy scrambled eggs on toast. I spread the toast with garlic aioli then add a splash of tabasco over the eggs. A nice cup of fresh coffee to wash it down and I'm set up for the day.

I had no less than three crappy breakfasts in Scottish hotels last weekend.
In future I'll just stick to muesli and toast....it seems the great art is being lost here....I blame Nicola Sturgeon.

My favorite breakfast used to be working on the mines before the HSE nazis took over, 05:00am, freshly cooked boerwors roll with tomato and onion sauce.....
