There is CTH office on Chalerm Pragiat, near Suan Luang, Sukumwit 103 the good lady there is very helpful and agrees head office is useless. It is opposite the Shell service station.
As a bonus, a short drive further is the water retention pond ( lake ) next to Rama 9 Park, where your dog can enjoy a run. Don't let it near my puppies though.

Cheers buhi,have already sussed out their offit in PraWet. Problem is, I have to be in the house to run through the instructions given, they cannot do a simple reset from an office. Spent about 2 hours on and off today trying to get through to them on both 1619 and 1629, a total waste of space, even pressed 1 for Thai, same same. Thai freind in On Nut same problem, she mentioned to me its all to do with their "head office" trying to catch up on customers who have never paid, I havent paid a bill in over a year. Spoke to them, can pay monthly at 7, yes can pay, no bill ever arrived. No worry its going in the bin at the end of the month, will be back to True or Bein for the football. |

Both dogs, pups, from the Prawet dog sanctuary, pedigree soi dogs, not Heinz, no Warhol in them. The one on the right is supposedly my son's dog and the other ,mine as she looks like a boarder terrier..
It's a dogs life here.

Back on topic, my son reset the modem following instructions from head office, via the good lady's intervention. I also insisted to pay monthly. The problem is in their accounting department; they bit off more than they could chew and many have never been billed. Random switch off.
I paid via the bank two years ago and they switched the signal off on Christmas Eve. Hell has no fury etc.
Nice lady got the signal on within two hours.

Well managed to get in touch with CTH this afternoon.
Basically the football is finished, and it will be on Bein next season.
You can keep the dish and watch the local rubbish for free was what I was basically told.
I said the dish will be going in the bin and replaced with whatever for next season.
