Hippity said, To me this would seem logical because these dynasties were already surrounded by a city of sorts even back then. So one dynasty exits,some as early as 100 years later, another takes over and so on. Usually the palaces were central or surrounded by its citizens and dwellings. Building a palace on the outskirts where you aren't as well protected seems a bit silly.

The new foundations uncovered , center of power and historical records all reveal clues to the location of this magnanimous palatial structure. I hope all is disclosed .
