We were at the VFS service applying for a UK passport today in the Trendy building. It's also the place for Australian passports + visas to the UK - so probably Oz visas too.

Anyway there were a couple of visa service shops in there on the ground floor. I'd expect that being in the same building they get quite a bit of traffic, so know what they're doing, plus can no doubt easily connect with VFS who process the visas:
