No, I think it's one or two on my list. Although the date is significant. However I've told family and friends on FB I'm safe, as I'm down South.

if I am not mistaken, Erawan bombing was around this time last year as well. Stay safe everyone, the fact that these are happening in known tourist areas is indeed scary

Mr Toad, I suspect southern (insurgents) but it is calculated and to say they are not influenced by IS is foolhardy. The lone wolves have proven that.
I have no answer, no solution, understand the tactic, but doubt the end or of it being realistic.
Smash Thailand's tourist industry, high end and bargain, I think a fools dream. Spread hate and division, yes, so immediately obvious.
Can I mention the high priests of god given right, Bush and Blair. In the Victorian era it was Palmerston, who would have nuked the bastards, but as he only had battle ships, used them.

I think it more likely against Prayuth, and tied to last Sunday. Down South voted much more 'yes' than other areas of the country. That was as expected by the way. As such this 'sudden' violence would seem less likely to relate to the referendum. IMHO. |
