That's a bit misleading. The research is from an Australian university. The white population there is from British societal rejects - the freaks, weirdos, psychopaths, and criminal classes that England didn't want. Given the minor matter of genetics one would expect the non-native Australian people to have a rather higher proportion of psychopaths than more developed countries.

This would appear to be confirmed by the report that the proportion of psychopath corporate bosses in Australia is the same as that amongst prisoners there.

However, given the characteristics, "inability to empathise, superficiality and insincerity", if ThaiVisa is ever looking for new moderators, I know where they should look.
