That translation makes perfect sense to me. Everything I say in Thai comes out like that.

That translation makes perfect sense to me. Everything I say in Thai comes out like that. Man, the things you learn from google translate I use it all the time for learning new words in Thai. For single words it is fairly accurate. I have to write the word in Thai a few times if I want to remember it. There is a theory that when you learn how to write the word in a foreign language when you think of the word you see the written word in your mind, like a picture. It works for me anyway.

When I see app translations Thai to English. It always makes me think of a certain Star Trek NG episode. Picard is stool on a planet trying to learn a lingo. It sounds like they speak in anecdotes. To me that's how the translation from Thai reads. It does apparently work well the other way.

When I see app translations Thai to English. It always makes me think of a certain Star Trek NG episode. "Darmok and Jalad at Tanagra". "Temba, his arms wide". And, ultimately, "Picard and Dathon at El-Adrel". Challenging, thought provoking, and ultimately brilliant.
