 The Summary Offences Act states that "behaviour that is indecent offensive or insulting includes behaviour that involves a person exposing (to any extent) the person's anal or genital region". It specifically cites "mooning or streaking" as an example of such an offence. The act also outlaws singing "an obscene song or ballad" and behaving in a "riotous, indecent, offensive or insulting manner".Only in Victoria, PC gone mad. Not allowed to sing dirty songs  tell that to Rodney Rude. |

We took a couple of prawn trawlers up to Bowen in QLD years ago, went to see Kevin Bloody Wilson at one of the pubs, funniest show I ever saw, p**sed myself laughing. One of the other deckhands and I had a couple of beers with him at the bar after the show, real nice fellow. My ex-boss from my bulldozer driving days told me his brother-in-law laughed so much at one of his shows he tore his stomach muscles and was taken to hospital doubled up in agony. KBW heard about it later and thought it was great ! |

Remember back eons ago when I was with my dad at the SCG and a streaker ran across the field in the middle of the One Day, dodging police, funny stuff, I think shortly after that NSW imposed a 5000 fine for streaking.
