SYDNEY, Sept. 28 (UPI) -- An Australian man was deemed "the most unlucky guy in the country" after a spider bit his penis for the second time in five months.

The 21-year-old tradesman identified only as Jordan was bitten by what was believed to be a redback spider while using a portable toilet on a building site in Sydney."

This guy is just plain unlucky, and should be more careful with the "wedding tackle" in future.

Never been bitten by a spider, not on the willy anyway, but was stung by a scorpion on the gonads when I worked in the Kimberleys years ago. The rotten thing had somehow got into my swag and when I went to bed it got me. Never felt pain like it, was like having a blowtorch on the area.
Centipede sting on the inside of my bicep was the worse though, like having a cigarette slowly put out on your arm.

Australia is a beautiful country but sometimes it seems like everything is out to get you. ROFL

Seen it on the telly, some of the creatures that come up the dunny in rainy season.

Learned years ago, flush the dunny and put the seat down, and make sure to close the door.

When I did exploration work in he North of WA there was a geologist who every night getting ready to go to bed carefully removed the red backs from the springs of his stretcher....and put them safely outside the tent. I was not that genourouse...it was before the slip slop slap ads..but I was SLap Squash Splat with the ones I saw.

The biggest redbacks I ever saw were in our workshop in Derby. They were huge, big fat disgusting things. I think they actually thrived on the poison spray we drenched them in daily.

I worked for an earthmoving/trucking company based in Derby. We did a lot of work for the oil industry, cutting seismic lines, building roads and oil rig sites, and carting crude oil down to Broome. I was there on and off from 1984 - 1990.

Mick, do a google images search for, camel spiders, these effers can grow up to 12 inches, scare the shit out of me.

When the lads were doing a pre flight check, they were warned, look out for camel spiders, snakes and scorpions, you would be amazed at what can get into an undercarriage bay.

Another story, about the Yank Tanks, American cars, you turn on the ignition, the engine fan comes on straight away, cats would make a habit of sleeping in the engine bay, car fired up and tail chopped off by the fan, at best.
Some of the mangled messes I have seen, never mind pay a TCN,(Third Country National, usually from Pakistan or Bangladesh) the equivalent for $1 to clear up the mess.
