CityNews – If you wish to go to Bangkok to pay your respects and honour His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej, Bangkok Airways is offering deep discounts. The signing of the book of condolences is at Sahathai Samakom Pavilion in the Royal Palace daily between 8.30am-4pm. For those wishing to pay your respect in front of the royal urn, you may do so at Dusit Maha Prasat Throne Hall after the first fifteen days of royal prayers every day between 9am-4pm from the 28th October onwards. Many government as well as private organisations are offering accommodation for free for people outside the capital to come and stay in such as the Keelavet 1 Building at the Thai-Japanese Stadium where air conditioned rooms with sleeping bags, separate male and female bathrooms are available for one night stays.
