British banker tortured woman for three days before cutting her throat, Hong Kong court told . Rurik Jutting filmed himself talking about how he enjoyed dominating the victim before using knife to murder a second Indonesian woman, prosecutor says. An Indonesian woman was tortured for three days with a belt and sex toys before her tormentor cut her throat, the High Court heard on Monday. Jurors were also told how banker Rurik Jutting then filmed himself talking about the first killing before murdering another Indonesian woman by cutting her throat five days later. On the first day of the Briton’s trial, the prosecution gave detailed accounts of the deaths of Sumarti Ningsih and Seneng Mujiasih in 2014. Jutting has denied two counts of murder but pleaded guilty to two counts of manslaughter. Been following this, as was privy to stuff that is now coming out in the news at the time.
This guy is absolute scum, bang to rights but his psycopathology wants and needs the trial, and he is enjoying humiliating his victims, one final time.

That sick fker is trying to claim diminished responsibilty/temporary insanity, he might have got away with it in a nanny state court ie the UK, but one can only hope the HK legal system see through the BS and execute this animal |

I've been following this case, not because I have a macabre bend just the logistics of how this animal could get away with manslaughter as opposed to murder citing 'diminished responsibility'. Death penalty was abolished in HK in 1993 ( I need to check the exact year) if he tortured and killed two women in mainland China he'd be toast.

The entrepreneurial Chinese could even run a book on where he lands, how many bones were broken, how far from the building he got. Heck even offer live streaming, I am sure there is a market for all the above. |

Alas, HK is a former British Colony as you are all aware of, when they handed it back to China the Chinese didn't reinstate the death penalty.
