Brings back memories. When we got here no line through the village. BIL was the Kamnan, he kept saying come soon. So I had a bet with him, that he would not get it run in before Christmas. December came no sign. So I got fed up of the 70 km round trips to send e-mails, and we organised our own line at 100 Baht/100m. That was done just after the new year. Cheeky sod said I'd lost the bet. I told him to bugger off. He's now the ex BIL, his wife divorced the dickhead.

You will need the house documents and a copy of id as a minimum I think.
