It doesn't say that they worked there does it. Never assume, there's a life lesson for you. If you had read the newspapers linked you would have known. Lesson for you....to learn you must look Waiting has the same effect. Just takes a bit longer. |

I love hearing about stories like this, Karma catching up with these greedy, money-making prix. Hope it ends up costing them heaps, sounds like it is going to, pub closed down, lease terminated. Well it's got worse as they have now closed down a Hotel that is associated with the same people, all over going to the toilet.
If you ask me, both sides are a bunch of tossers

Eh, I have a contrary opinion.
I'm delighted that general has put the boot in.
This giant, "entitled," sub set of Thai society gets away with too much - it's good to see someone wander in and crush them.
Could you imagine what life would be like if they were allowed to run amok?

The army has done a good job in curtailing a lot of the criminal excess that was blighting Chiang Mai.

I hope they throw the book at them the staff were only doing the job they are paid for. It is the management that are responsible but here they are not liable for what their employees do. Fortunately in this case they bit off more than the can chew and have lost their lease and had the place at least temporarily closed. |

Probably getting stuck into the nose candy, just like they do in the movies. Idiots, hi-so asswipes the lot of em. I see red now whenever I see a car with Bangkok number plates driving around here at high speed, on the wrong side of the road. As I just saw when we went to pick our son up after school. |

Don't want to sound like a TVF Thai basher but it is how they react when accused of anything. I admit it blether....it was thaiguyinglasgow who tanned all your single malt while you were in Mehico.
Once we had polished off your Bolivian marching powder stash he just wouldn't sit still while we were playing chess so I had no option but to allow it.
