there should be no forum in Thailand without certain topics...
though i will start with one of the "must haves"
HOW DO YOU KNOW YOU ARE TOO LONG IN THAILAND?
-if you have to move to another forum because the old one got boring
-if you don't feel "the burning ring of fire"anymore
-if sale staff at certain venues ignore you completely and/or are clueless and you find it totally acceptable...

Som Tam isn't spicy enough anymore.
You eat bird chilis as a snack with a beer.
Pla ra must be included with breakfast.
Wedding & Funeral music ceases to bother you
no matter what time of day or the volume its
played at.
The street beggars leave you alone or scurry
away when they see you approaching.
Thai TV makes perfect sense.

I have said this before,but when watching tv shows,or movies,from the west i always think,hang on they went into the house without taking there shoes off.
