I opened a ladies only bar near Roi Et with my business partner last year and its doing a roaring trade in expensive cocktails. No problems with bills being paid on time or fighting. Who'd have thought the Issan ladies would be into a Bowie theme bar? "Ladies only"? That's discrimination. Still, if I buy a nice dress (and wear it) will I be allowed entrance ? Mind you, only worthwhile when the bar also serves beer and some whiskeys  Many a true word spoken in jest, Uncle !  |

I believe at that time Soutie was informed that he had to give his Honey Badger a 'decent' hair cut, as the scouse perm that Zuma was sporting was not a regulation cut. |

In Hanoi years ago, girl from Sydney was staying there and she had a massive lisp. Said she was from "Thidney". The people I was drinking with were trying to get her to say it all night, asking her where she was from etc.....................I'm from Thidney  |

I went to school with a kid clalled Calvin who couldn't pronounce his Ls.
He did try very hard bu never suceeded.

I won't publish his full name on here but his surname also had a pronouncable L in it.

Reminds me of the time as plod when rendering first aid to a bystander who had been injured during a cops and undesirables punch up (uniforms went in to quickly and mob handed) the S B super had the local inspectors nuts on a plate the next day. Anyway, lass lying on the pavement semi conscious, I went to administer resuscitation via a oxygen cylinder mask and said to her. ''Big Breaths,'' and she replied '''Yeth and I'm only thixteen !!
