In Bangkok the locals keep telling me it's unseasonally cold and walking outside around 6AM I feel like I could do with a shirt

The KNMI weather bureau issued a code yellow weather warning for much of the country and transport ministry grit lorries were out in force to keep the roads clear. No serious accidents or long delays were reported. The snow also led to the cancellation of some 3,000 amateur football matches.
