She cut up the victim's id-her excuse was so that he would not become a victim of identity fraud. She was lucky she only got four years. |

I lived there for a while a while back and was told that if I wanted any drugs, my local friends would get them for me, as if they were caught, they would escape punishment-a foreigner wouldn't. |
