Gonna say - two things: 1. I don't like Sturgeon. Smokie witnessed me falling out with a few SNP supporters on the day after Brexit. That woman couldn't wait to get in front of the cameras while the country was in meltdown. An astute politician would have said nothing for a few days. 2. Do not confuse the SNP with the independence movement. It's not the same thing. The SNP are a Trojan Horse. The day after the referendum is won, I and many other independents will turn on the SNP and shut them down. We will be joined by many members of the SNP. You are watching the last days of the United Kingdom. www.standard.co.uk/news/politics/support-for-scottish-independence-lower-than-at-2014-referendum-poll-says-a3493511.html

................"PanelBase is a fast growing panel community owned and operated by Dipsticks Research Limited".................... They sound legit ! Read quite a few reviews on PanelBase, seems they are a pay-for-opinion site. IOW you join up, receive three quid on joining, and you receive surveys via email, which you fill out and submit. If they are happy with what you say, they pay you, no problem. Trouble is a lot of people get "screened out" half way through the survey, which tells me you are not giving them the information they want to hear. I don't trust polls anymore, even the ones that I agree with, as very few of them are accurate. People only seem to quote polls when they like what they say. They screw their noses up at anything they don't want to hear, precious little things.

There's plenty, myself included, who have a degree of political fatigue. As soon as we know the date of the new referendum for sure, we'll kick into action. Be rest assured, we have learned serious tactical lessons from the last referendum. The UK as an entity is finished. This from a guy, i.e me, that predicted a loss in the first referendum, and a win in the second. As for the English that think they should have a say in the Scottish referendum. You had your say when you voted Brexit.

So your suggesting someone who was say born in England but now resides in Scotland shouldnt have a vote then, and only those born in Scotland should have a vote ?

Anyone that has chosen to live in Scotland legally should have a vote. Scotland is not Thailand. I would put money on the former residents born in the English administrative area will vote in higher numbers for independence this time.

Amazing isnt it, anyone who rawks up is now considered to be Scottish, never mind if their votes are to the detriment of the country.

I've voted SNP all my adult life, I've sent funds to the SNP, but I would never join them. I'll never sign up for them due to their anti-Trident policy. Once again, Smokie witnessed me telling SNP activists that they should have a separate referendum on Trident. Let the new Scottish nation decide if we will host the weapons or not.

I was first in line at Bridgeton Library to vote. The second guy that voted was a Scottish unionists, the third an African, the fourth of Chinese descent. Polls after the event showed that the Scots born voted for independence, "non-Scots," were heavily against. You didn't hear the Scots born moan about it. A British Pakistani I know voted no. He didn'the want anything to mess with his plan to marry his three daughters to Pakistani guys from the village. I'm getting sick of Brits who think they are immigration officers.
