Have you been visiting the nether regions of the kingdom again. I have seen these strange scenes you describe, farangs knocking back lao kao and living the dream. Weird Scenes Inside The Gold Mine indeed. Me in the nether regions, whatever next. weird scenes in Lower Suk, but not there for a while. Just counting the bloody fat old farangs, two so far around here. I hope that fat bugger i noticed in paradise was not you. You were in the Spirit World and now you talk about Paradise? Of the few times i have been drinking with said farangs and they look at their watch. Or worse still the partner arrives and leads them off. I must admit i do excuse myself when i arrive home the next morning.Wife shrugs it off. She knows. And do i know if she did the same? Yes. Ask questions? Why? We know who we are, don't we? What is interesting to me is how all mangos do not realise how christian they are. Yes the morality, christian western morality.
Some live in Thailand and still have not clicked. Apply their christian values.
Thai thought too has its inculcation and morality.
Step outside if you can. I can't , but try.

Perhaps that is my christian inculcation raising its head. I would prefer it to be logic and philosophy, but then i am an artist. And art breaks those constraints. No uncle, have your principles and question them. When confronted with others who question, consider, accept their point of view and question where that came from.It is question never accept as truth. |
