One which if he was in Australia or had any contact with it could cost him a lot. A customer in Australia is entitled to support and warantees and the dealer cannot exclude them. If he did this he had a contract which he cannot break and the consumer would be entitled to all damages for costs. He would get not just a refund but the cost of installation and returning the enterance to its original state plus compensation for the lost time involved.
One sided behavior may work in America but not in Australia.

Strange behaviour allowed from a country that lets you carry guns promotes freedom and exports its democracy to improve life in Iraq and Libya and of course on its home ground too.  |
