Replace EU flag on driving licences with Cornish cross or Yorkshire rose, ministers suggest The European Union flag on driving licences and number plates could be replaced with a Cornish flag or a Yorkshire white rose, ministers have suggested. Two Conservative Cornish MPs Scott Mann and Derek Thomas will support the plans to replace the EU banner with the distinctive Cornish black flag with a white cross or other regional symbols after Brexit in a Commons debate next week. Andrew Jones, a transport minister, held out the prospect of regional flags appearing on licences alongside the union flag www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2017/04/15/replace-eu-flag-driving-licences-cornish-cross-yorkshire-rose/

Methinks the images below should be considered suitable when one considers England, the British Isle the United Kingdom The Allies Etc and our varied experiences with those mainland European types over the years. The Normans were in fact rather decent early European types who integrated well and as such the Norman bloodlines were absorbed into the English bloodlines over some 300 years. In fact to be honest, England in the long run did rather well from William the Conquer's efforts and regime.

No offence, SirPolee, but I thought there to be a wee bit of a difference between Britain and England (as part of Britain). Of course you might make differences in Driver License covers like there used to be on coins and stamps with only the Queens mark as all-binding symbol.
